Sports injuries are common occurrences and can affect athletes of all levels and ages. These injuries can result from various factors, including overuse, improper training techniques, inadequate warm-up, lack of conditioning, and accidental trauma during sports activities.

Common Sport INjuries

  1. Sprains:

    • Description: Ligament injuries caused by stretching or tearing. Commonly occur in the ankle, knee, or wrist.
